Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Signatureglobal Business Park Limited (formerly known as Signatureglobal Business Park Private Limited) (“SBPL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has executed three Sale Deeds today i.e. on August 14, 2025 to purchase the land admeasuring approximately 33.47 acres situated at Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana. Out of the said lands, the land admeasuring approximately 30.86 acres was in collaboration as disclosed in the Red Hearing Prospectus (RHP) dated 12th September, 2023.
