Assam: AJYCP takes out mock funeral rally against price rise in Dibrugarh
Dibrugarh: Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) took out a mock funeral rally of Assam Food and Civil Supply minister Ranjeet Kumar Dass and the government for failing to control the sky-rocketing price rise in Dibrugarh on Thursday.
AJYCP took out the mock funeral rally from their party office and hit the street of Dibrugarh shouting slogan against the government for failing to curb the price rise.
“The BJP government has failed to curb the price rise, which has been affecting the lives of the people. Due to sky-rocketing price rise of essential commodities, the common people are facing the burnt. The government which was came into power by assuring the people of “Accha Din” turning into worst days,” said AJYCP, district president Udayan Baruah.
He said, “Food and Civil Supply department minister Ranjeet Kumar Dass has failed miserably to curb the price rise of essential commodities. The price rise of LPG cylinders, petrolium products have hit the common people,”.
