EasyRecruitPlus is a recruitment solution company, and a venture of Lexicon Group, Pune. The objective of EasyRecruit Plus is to streamline and shorten the initial screening of candidates for recruitment, by using tools that are AI-enabled and give an unbiased and objective evaluation to help Recruiters finalize the right talent in a shorter time and effort.

How EasyRecruit Plus is making the recruitment process easy?

EasyRecruit Plus is a recruitment solutions company, and is helping the recruiters in initial screening of candidates. There are multiple applications against a job opening and it is becoming increasingly difficult for Recruiters to meet and interview all the candidates for further rounds of interview. EasyRecruit Plus tools are helping the recruiters to initially screen the candidates on the parameters of Domain Knowledge, Aptitude, and also on the Cognitive aspects of Verbal, Nonverbal, and sentiment analysis. It makes the process less time-consuming and unbiased. Another tool of Background verification ensures that verified candidates get into the Companies. A Psychometric Assessment tool for personality traits , self assessment, and fitment is also very relevant for Organizations.

Tools that are used by Easy recruit plus in research, screening and automation?

EasyRecruit Plus uses tools like ATT and IntAna which are AI enabled, for automation of screening, which can be done remotely with a large number of candidates at one time, without engaging time of Recruiters. The tests, despite being conducted remotely, ensures that impersonation and cheating is not done through AI enabled processes. Another tool is IBG which is used for Background verification. PBPA is a psychometric assessment tool for Personality and Behavioral traits mapping.

How do you think Easy recruit plus is different from its competitors?

EasyRecruit Plus screening tools are AI enabled and thus can be administered to a large number of candidates, without their coming to the recruitment office, thus is a time save and money save both for the recruiters and the candidates. Mapping of about 140 major and minor sentiments, benchmarking, unbiassed reports, remotely proctored tests, and ease of administration makes EasyRecruit Plus tools better than the competitors.

How do you envision the future growth in HR industry and the market presence?

The Indian HR industry is going be a growing industry. With India amongst the very few Countries showing growth post pandemic, consumption and production on rise, stable political climate and hybrid work culture setting in, the growth for manpower and thus HR industry is only going to be better. Yes, with disruptive technologies coming in, old processes and jobs will give way to the newer ones. Market presence of the Organizations who are investing in themselves, technology and their human resources is going to grow.

Does this give clear indication that tech will cut down the human resources?

This is one question which is normally asked when a new process or technology comes into play. I would rather say, that Tech will not cut down Human Resources. Tech will become an enabler for opening up of new avenues requiring a different skill set and knowledge. Human Resources will have to unlearn and relearn, and there will be new areas to work upon. With tech enabled teams the HR will be able to automate routine stuffs and the Value-Added services of HR Teams, which normally takes a backseat because of financial reasons, will come to the fore and will get initiated.

How do you calculate the accuracy?

For the objective tests, it is easy to calculate the accuracy. For the subjective ones, the development teams work on eliminating biases by taking data from large population globally. Where there is a chance of bias based on scientific data, those elements are taken out through testing and training of algorithms. We have benchmarked our model of IntAna on the FER2013 Facial Expression Recognition 2013 dataset. The general accuracy of the FER2013 dataset is 70%, whereas after our training, we have been able to achieve 85% accuracy on the same.

Share the expansion plan.

EasyRecruit Plus is in the process of becoming recruitment solutions partners for the industry at large. The clear objectives is to be partners with Organizations which have a sizeable population of workforce in customer focused role. Our initial successes are in Hospitality and BFSI industry and we intend to build on this and partner with Pharmaceuticals and IT enabled services companies. We are in the process of tying up  with THSC-Tourism and  Hospitality Skill Council , for the benefits of EasyRecruit Plus  tools to be shared with Hospitality Industry for recruitment, benchmarking and training purposes. We intend to be a major player in the Indian Recruitment Solution market in a time period of 2 years.
