The Board of Directors of Vineet Laboratories Limited at its meeting held today i.e., on Thursday, November 27, 2025, approved the following:1. Raise of funds by way of issue of equity shares of the Company of face value Rs.10/- (RupeeTen Only) each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.3,000 Lakhs (Rupees ThreeThousand Lakhs) on Right issue basis, on such terms and conditions as may be decided bythe Board of Directors / Rights Issue Committee to the eligible equity shareholders of theCompany, as on the record date (to be notified subsequently).The issue is subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory, statutory approvals, inaccordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue ofCapital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, and theCompanies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time.2.
